Patrick is a knowledgeable and dedicated coach who is known for his professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Based in the Cayman Islands, Patrick coaches athletes of all levels - from beginners to Olympians - both locally and internationally.

 

In addition to being a dedicated coach, Patrick is a dedicated athlete who follows the same principles he teaches his athletes.  Consequently, Patrick's athletic accomplishments include:

  • Qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii

  • Qualifying for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships

  • 3 x Champion and course record holder for the Cayman Islands Duathlon

  • 4 x Champion and course record holder for the Cayman Islands Olympic Distance Triathlon

  • Champion and course record holder for the Cayman Islands Mercuryman Triathlon

  • Champion and course record holder for the Cayman Islands Stride Against Cancer Half Marathon

  • Champion of the Cayman Islands Half Marathon

  • 2 x Champion and course record holder for the Cayman National Cycling Time Trial Championship

  • Champion of the Cayman National Cycling Road Race Championship

  • Competing in 22 consecutive London Marathons, raising over £100,000 for charity

After completing a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration and Sports Studies, Patrick earned the following certifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training from Premier International

  • Kettlebell and VIPR Technique Training from Premier International 

  • Certified Running Technique Specialist from The Running School

  • Swim Smooth Video Analysis and Technique course

  • British Triathlon Level 2 Coach

  • Endure IQ 101 - The Practical Application of Low Carbohydrate Performance for Long Distance Triathlon

  • Endure IQ 102 - Training Program Fundamentals for Long Distance Triathlon

  • Endure IQ 103 - Optimising Long Distance Triathlon Training and Performing in the Heat

Patrick works directly with each of his athletes.  He understands that everyone has vastly different exercise needs, lifestyles and commitments.  He uses his patient nature and positive outlook to design dynamic programs which are specifically suited to achieve each client's individual goals and needs.
